I am currently working with a rapidly expanding organisation in the financial sector. They are bolstering their 6 x DevOps teams and are currently seeking highly experienced DevOps Engineers, from Senior level upwards. This client offers that "get stuck in" startup vibe, but with the resources and backing of a major scale-up. It is a fantastic time to join their founding UK team as they continue their growth here, with a cracking office in one of London’s iconic buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring adherence to security best practices.
- Architect comprehensive cloud solutions incorporating disaster recovery, fault tolerance, and high availability principles.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define and implement DevOps methodologies and toolchains.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Establish and maintain robust security controls across all cloud environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Utilise advanced observability tools to monitor and optimise the performance of production services, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab or Jenkins, enabling rapid and reliable software deployments.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to DevOps and development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
