As a Senior, Principal or Associate Town Planner, you will be at the forefront of planning in Bristol. You will take on a pivotal role in shaping the city\'s future, working on exciting projects from concept to completion. This position offers excellent opportunities for career progression and the chance to collaborate on high-impact, city-defining initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to planning applications and appeals. Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. Promote sites through Local Plans and provide strategic advice on major urban extensions.Provide expert advice on planning policies and regulations. Manage projects timelines, budgets, and resources. Mentor and guide junior team members. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Minimum four years of experience in town planning. MRTPI qualification is highly desirable. Knowledge of the residential planning landscape. Proven track record of successful planning rack record. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
