NEW OPPORTUNITY – Senior Technical Analyst - £65,000 DOE – Wiltshire (Hybrid)

My client are an extremely well-funded developer with a multi-GW pipeline across Solar, Wind and BESS. They are looking to bring on a Senior Technical Analyst to help shape the future of clean energy.
With projects that span across 3 continents, my client truly is a global player. They’re on a mission to reshape industry through sustainable infrastructure—and they need a sharp, curious thinker ready to help lead the charge.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate potential sites using solar and wind data, GIS tools, and feasibility modelling.
- Design and optimise early-stage layouts using cutting-edge software like PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, and PVcase.
- Analyse long-term energy yields from field and remote data.
- Collaborate with environmental, engineering, and development teams to refine and de-risk designs.
- Interface with external consultants to validate assumptions and challenge conventional thinking.
- Support cross-functional teams with technical insight throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring:
- A degree in STEM.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in wind, solar or BESS projects.
- A solid grasp of modelling tools and GIS platforms (e.g., PVsyst, WindPro, AutoCAD, ArcGIS).
- Good experience with wind projects is desirable.
