Who will you be working for? One of the worlds biggest talent management companies based in London. You’ll be joining as a senior figure within their entertainment and broadcast division, responsible for managing and developing a roster of TV & radio talent while overseeing a team of talent agents and assistants.

Who are they looking for? An experienced Senior Talent Agent with a strong network in the entertainment and broadcast industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile talent and securing impactful opportunities & partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic management of unscripted/broadcast focused talent
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations with talent, clients, and businesses.
  • Identify, nurture, and develop talent in the TV, broadcast, and entertainment sectors.
  • Oversee brand partnerships, both proactive outreach and incoming enquiries, to maximize opportunities for talent
  • Utilise a network of contacts across brands, production companies, casting agents and publicity experts
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience within talent management role
  • Proven success at securing and negotiating high-value partnerships
  • Experience across wider areas of entertainment - IP, literary, podcasts
