Job Description

This role will be based in London. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Talent Solutions Corp Team. The role will also be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across the UK for our Talent Solutions products that are relevant to the sector. You will be a key voice into our EMEA & LATAM vertical business, expected to drive cross‑region, cross‑country, and cross‑segment initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate growth.

  • Lead and evolve our diversity strategy.
  • Directly manage a team of account directors focused on renewing and expanding existing customer revenues.
  • Actively lead and execute to the required standards for the LTS operating priorities.
  • Provide sales mentorship and elevate the team’s abilities to manage and close revenue.
  • Accurately forecast recurring revenue pipelines along with incremental bookings.
  • Innovate ways to balance sales opportunities, client management and new customer onboarding responsibilities.
  • Devise tactics and strategies to maintain close relationships with LinkedIn’s customers at scale.
  • Focus on client success to build a talent pipeline and create a pool of customers as references for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Develop and circulate best practices that will serve as the foundation for a growing team.
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Be an active voice and contributor to the UK industry with various influencer groups and federations.
  • Lead and develop as a coach in shaping and developing the teams in your area of the business.
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area.
  • Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience at enterprise level.
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams.
  • 5+ years experience hiring, developing and engaging a team of seasoned account managers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing individual sales reps as well as frontline managers.
  • Experience with relevant sales methodologies and metrics.
  • Experience in the SaaS solution sales domain.
  • Ability to build inclusive sales organization.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and subscription‑based business sales models.
  • Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities, resolve conflicts, close deals and meet/exceed revenue goals.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to operate both at system and sub‑system level.
  • Industry acumen and the ability to converse with C‑suite and recognized industry leaders.
  • Coaching certification.
  • Strong presentation / public speaking skills.
