About the Role:
As a Senior Research Manager, you’ll lead mixed-method research projects end-to-end—from brief through to analysis and delivery—primarily in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. You’ll be client-facing from day one, managing multiple projects while collaborating closely with a wider team that includes data science experts. You’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions for leading global clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing quant research projects
- Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and clients
- Supporting proposal writing and contributing to pitches
- Partnering with the in-house data science team on advanced analytics projects
- Working with top-tier clients in pharma and healthcare
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years' experience in market research (healthcare/pharma focus strongly preferred)
- Strong background in mixed methods research
- Awareness of data science approaches (segmentation, regression modelling, predictive analytics, etc.)
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and client management skills
- Experience in proposal writing and project operations
