We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of Korn Ferry’s Global RPO Clients.Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.The successful Senior Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversityResponsible for day to day interaction with client/HR business partners in a timely, professional and responsive mannerIdentify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategiesCreate and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and/or building talent pools for current and future requirementsInvolved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful outputMaintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersSupport and deliver on the overall service delivery targetsProvide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarksMaintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reportingThe Senior Recruiter will have the following skills:Experience within the Recruitment / RPO field / AgencyFluent in EnglishPrevious experience in IT or tech recruitment is highly desirableDemonstrated capability to be client facing and consistently conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive mannerDemonstrated capability to set and manage client expectations through the recruitment process; identify continuous improvement opportunities and be an advisor to clientDemonstrated capability to lead client briefings or partner with client HR business partners to understand job requirements, provide input, develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates matching client requirementsDemonstrated capability to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on the opportunity and client value proposition for professional/technical and management rolesAmbassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practicesIT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)Experience interpreting data and reportingStrives for process innovation and high-performance working
