We’re working with a well-known Pharma client, a company recognised for its commitment to innovation and patient outcomes, as they look to appoint a Senior Pricing & Contracting Manager to lead pricing strategy across the UK & Ireland.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of their Market Access function, ideal for someone who brings both strategic vision and hands-on experience in innovative pricing approaches — particularly those that push the boundaries of traditional models.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shaping and executing pricing and contracting strategies to ensure early and sustainable access at commercially viable prices.
- Leading cross-functional discussions across local and corporate teams to embed pricing into broader brand and access strategies.
- Driving innovative contracting models that reflect the evolving payor landscape, including risk-sharing and value-based approaches.
- Contributing to UK & Ireland pricing strategy development, including policy shaping aligned with Human Pharma and global corporate goals.
- Influencing internal and external stakeholders using a strong grasp of Gross-to-Net models, market access dynamics, and healthcare system levers like VPAG and IPHA frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Substantial experience in pharma pricing – either in-house or consultancy.
- Proven track record in launch pricing strategy (minimum of 2 products, including one pipeline asset).
- Strong understanding of innovative pricing methodologies and lifecycle strategy, including LoE and tendering.
- Analytical, commercially astute and confident influencing at all levels in a matrix environment.
- Clear communicator, capable of translating complex pricing data into actionable strategy.
