The OpportunityHenderson Drake is working with a sharp, high-growth digital consultancy delivering next-gen planning solutions to enterprise clients across Financial Services and beyond.As a Senior Planning Specialist, you’ll lead implementations using Pigment, building scalable, high-impact models while also influencing delivery methodology, internal IP, and pre-sales strategy. Think: autonomy, variety, and visibility, without the red tape.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the full lifecycle of Pigment projects: from discovery and solution design through to go-live and enablement.Translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable planning models.Lead pre-sales conversations, build proof-of-concept models, deliver product walkthroughs, and help shape client engagement from the outset.Contribute to internal growth efforts: onboarding new team members, refining methodologies, and developing knowledge assets.Operate as a trusted expert in a collaborative team that values clarity, initiative, and craftsmanship.What You’ll BringPigment PRO Certification (or strong platform fluency)Led numerous full-cycle EPM implementations, ideally across a variety of planning domains (FP&A, Workforce, Operational).Pre-sales experience including scoping, effort estimation, and demo delivery.Deep understanding of modelling principles, dimensionality, and how to avoid building a beautiful disaster.Strong communicator: credible in front of senior stakeholders, clear in documentation, and collaborative with peers.A self-directed mindsetNice to haves Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or strong industry-side finance experience.Experience using Pigment (or other EPM tools) in an end-user or FP&A context.Familiarity with multi-product delivery environments and Agile practices.Additional certifications in Pigment’s partner ecosystemThe SetupFully remote, flexible culture (UK-based preferred).Ad hoc travel to client sites (mostly UK & Europe).Clear runway for growth: this is a delivery role, but one with influence and progression baked in.This is a chance to build models that don’t just sit on a shelf, your work will be central to strategic decision-making at serious companies.
