You enjoy diving into new therapeutic areas and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Medical WritingDevelop clear, scientifically accurate content across formats—slide decks, video scripts, web copy, publications, summaries, and more. Pure mixture between pubs and med affairs.Ensure materials meet client objectives, are appropriately referenced, and align with target audiencesPresent content updates to clients and liaise with subject matter experts to gain approvalsConfidently attend onsite meetings and contribute to deliverables such as advisory boardsParticipate in internal data checking and provide basic content reviews for peersScientific EngagementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant therapy areas and productsConduct thorough literature research and integrate findings into deliverablesShare key scientific developments with teams and clientsProject SupportJoin client meetings, contribute to project planning, and communicate updates clearlyHelp identify potential issues and escalate concerns when neededFollow SOPs, manage time effectively, and prioritize across accountsWork within allocated hours and ensure accurate, timely time trackingQualificationsLife Science Degree2–3 years of medical writing experience in a medical communications settingExcellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsComfortable interacting with clients and healthcare professionalsFamiliarity with industry platforms (e.g., Veeva, DataVision) and regulatory codes (e.g., ABPI)
