This is an incredible opportunity to join as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, focusing on RCA (root cause analysis), general maintenance procedures, project work, overseeing contractors, and much more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience within a senior role and good knowledge of hydraulics. They manufacture specialist metal primarily for the aerospace sector but also produce parts for F1 cars, NHS, and more. The process is fascinating and packed with cutting-edge technology. Experience required for the Senior Mechanical Engineer:

  • Ideally HNC/HND/degree level; could consider level 3 for the right person
  • 5+ years working as a mechanical engineer or a mechanically biased maintenance supervisor (time served)
  • At least two years working within a similar senior position
  • Must have good working knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic drawings
  • Has been involved in RCA and continuous improvements
  • Any manufacturing background working as a senior mechanical maintenance engineer is welcome to apply
