Job Opportunity: Senior Manager – Monster MindsetLocation: Uxbridge, UK (Hybrid)Salary: competitive base + package Advocate Group is proud to be representing Monster Energy – a global leader in the energy drinks industry – in the search for a Senior Manager to own and elevate the Monster Mindset across EMEA & OSP.About the RoleAs Senior Manager of Monster Mindset, this person will be responsible for designing and leading strategic cultural and engagement programmes that embed and elevate Monster\’s values across a geographically diverse and dynamic organisation.This role blends project management, creative storytelling, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influencing – all in service of championing the Monster culture from the inside out.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a cultural ambassador – champion and embed Bleed Green attitudes across the business.Lead initiatives like service celebrations, internal awards, team recognition and cultural events.Oversee and evolve onboarding content (video, digital and in-person) to reflect Monster’s way of working.Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance and more to co-create meaningful, locally relevant engagement strategies.Liaise with internal creative studio to produce compelling storytelling content.Own and manage the Bleed Green website – explore ways to streamline manual processes and increase engagement (e.g. shout-outs, rewards, swag).Influence and inspire leaders across 50+ countries, adapting approach to suit different cultural and communication needs.Present to SLT and the President – creating slick, on-brand, engaging updates on programme success and opportunities.Drive continuous improvement in engagement tactics – always looking for fresh, tech-enabled, scalable ways to embed mindset and cultural excellence.
