Senior Legal Associate – Pensions - Leading UK Law Firm TAG is currently seeking senior associates with strong pensions experience on behalf of our client, a prestigious UK law firm.Role Overview This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of pensions matters, ranging from complex transactions to advisory and contentious issues, while supporting high-profile clientsacross the financial and corporate sectors.Key responsibilities will include: Provide legal advice on a wide range of pensions matters, including scheme governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional support.Deliver outstanding client service while promoting a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.Manage legal matters from inception to completion, meeting chargeable hours and financial targets in line with departmental and firm-wide objectives.Mentor and support junior colleagues, contribute to internal training, and share best practices to support team development.Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored legal solutions.Participate in networking, marketing, and business development activities to support the growth of the practice.Collaborate across departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to firm-wide success.Key requirements: Must be a qualified solicitor registered with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland.Proven experience in pensions-related legal work, including transactions, advisory, and contentious matters.Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.Ability to manage a complex and varied workload with strong attention to detail.Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing professional development.Experience leading or mentoring others is desirable.
