The Company β A dynamic, rapidly scaling PE backed developer operator in the global data centre market is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join their growing team working on high impact, high return projects.The Role β Focused at corporate level this individual will support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, assisting in all phases of the deal lifecycle from sourcing to completion. Tasks will include:Building and maintaining financial models to inform investment decisions and scenario analysisCoordinating internal and external cross-functional workstreamsSupporting capital markets activities, including preparing investor presentationsAssisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documentsPreparing high-quality investment committee materialsThe Candidate β Candidates for this role must have:Experience in an investment focused analytical role at a top tier company with a PE background.M&A experienceExcellent financial modelling skills and able to build detailed, transaction-grade modelsStrong academics from a top universityData centre experience is highly desirable but not essential.The Opportunity β This person will join a dedicated, vibrant, dynamic and talented team of people who are deeply passionate about data centres for good.With a committed culture of learning you will be supported with your personal and career development plans whilst working in a top tier, market leading, well capitalised and scaling data centre platform.Pay range and compensation package β The basic salary will be dependent on experience, but the likely salary range is c.
