Senior Implementation Consultant – Professional Services (corrugated box or folding carton industry) Up to £105,000 + 10% Bonus + Package📍 Department: Professional Services 👤 Reports to: Director, Professional Services ✈️ Travel: On-site & virtual support across multiple geographies🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔍 Lead end-to-end software implementations – including requirements gathering, solution configuration, process documentation, user training, testing, and go-live support.🤝 Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, using deep product and packaging industry knowledge to drive value from my client’s software.🧩 Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support implementation success and broader organisational initiatives (e.g., sales support, process improvements).🧑 🏫 Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capability.📊 Maintain 80%+ utilisation across customer projects.🎓 Qualifications📦 5+ years\’ experience in the corrugated box or folding carton industry💻 Proven experience implementing enterprise application software✔️ Established proficiency with one or more of my client’s software solutions🧾 Demonstrated success in a professional services or client-facing role🎓 Bachelor’s degree required💡 Skills & Competencies👥 Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities💬 Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation🧠 Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented🛠️ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments💼 Customer-centric, self-motivated, and eager to advance professionally
