The RoleAs a senior expert, you’ll:Deliver strategic, risk-based advice on procurement law and best practices.Lead the development of robust contract governance frameworks.Drive continuous improvement through training, tools, and policy updates.Guide teams across NRW to ensure legal compliance and sustainable outcomes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Welsh Government, service providers, and more.Play a lead role in implementing NRW’s Procurement and Contract Strategy.What we’re looking forYou’ll bring:Full MCIPS membership.Strong expertise in commercial/public sector legislation.Significant procurement and contract governance experience.A passion for risk-based, customer-focused service delivery.Experience promoting innovation and sustainability in procurement practice.Welsh Language Requirement:Level A1 – Entry: Ability to understand and use basic phrases.
