Senior Engineering Project Manager – Defence SectorAre you an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager with a background in electronics projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of some of the most critical programmes in the defence industry.You’ll take ownership of complex electronic sub-systems, guiding them from initial concept through to full-scale production. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. Alongside managing delivery, you’ll also influence strategy, mentor junior project staff, and contribute to shaping future engineering programmes.What we’re looking for:• Strong track record in managing engineering projects, ideally within the electronics domain.• Experience of delivering large-scale, high-value projects across the full lifecycle.• Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies (risk, stakeholder, and compliance management).• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across engineering, project, and customer teams.• A background in defence or other highly regulated industries would be a real advantage.What’s on offer:• Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus (up to 21%)• Working model: Hybrid – typically 2–3 days per week onsite, with flexibility to balance home and office working.
