We’re partnering with a long-standing, privately owned real estate business to appoint a Senior Development Project Manager. With an established reputation and a diverse pipeline of projects spanning PBSA, BTR, logistics, office, and hotel assets, the company is entering a period of strong growth and is looking for someone who can take on a pivotal role in driving its next phase.Headquartered in central London, the team combines an entrepreneurial outlook with a collaborative working style. The culture is built on trust, accountability, and commercial awareness, this is an environment where you’ll be trusted to take ownership and deliver, not micromanaged, and the opportunity to play a key role in influencing the long-term direction of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and deliver multiple development projects from inception through to completion, managing programme, budget, and quality throughout.Take ownership of risk management, reporting, and project governance.Provide senior stakeholders with clear strategic advice and project recommendations.Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.Candidate Profile8–10 years’ experience in real estate project management, with exposure to residential, logistics, and ideally office projects.A technical foundation in building surveying or similar.Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of £20m–£50m+ schemes as project lead or employer’s agent.Strong understanding of contract administration (JCT) and end-to-end project delivery.Confident in front of clients, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Previous involvement in early-stage development or feasibility work would be advantageous.Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to take real ownership.This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager seeking a role with genuine influence and scope.
