This high-impact role involves architecting a scalable data infrastructure, deploying advanced software solutions—including AI-powered tools—and fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.This role Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, and possesses a strong technical and analytical foundation to drive innovation and operational excellence.Key responsibilities:Strategic Advisory & Planning:Collaborate with the CFO to deliver a digital transformation roadmap.Modernize Excel-based tools into scalable digital solutions.Evaluate and implement advanced software and AI technologies for financial planning and BI.Systems & Data Architecture:Design a centralized data infrastructure.Lead implementation of a Revenue Management System (RMS).Define data governance, workflows, and integration protocols.Business Intelligence & Reporting:Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.Promote cross-functional collaboration using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Ensure real-time visibility of KPIs and financial metrics.Project & Change Management:Set up project tracking across departments.Drive change adoption across finance, operations, and commercial teams.Train stakeholders on new systems and processes.Key Skills and Attributes:Advanced analytical and financial modelling expertiseStrong proficiency in digital tools, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise systems (including full-stack development and web services)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAdaptable and effective in fast-paced, unstructured environmentsVertex Associates Limited acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
