Senior Cyber Security Specialist - Devon - Up to £50k - New Role (REF39)A leading organisation requires a Cyber Security Specialist to be responsible for leading and developing a team to protect its customer\'s systems, data and users from cyber threats. Suitable candidates will:Be an experienced leader in Cyber with a proven track record of managing people and risks.Have a good knowledge of information security risk management, data protection and cybersecurity technologies including common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.Possess a proven track record and experience in developing policies and procedures, as well as successfully executing programs that meet the objectives of excellence in a dynamic business environment.Be a passionate leader and builder of both vision and bridges, able to energize and motivate the cyber team and key stakeholders.Have excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under firm timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment.Ideally have a professional security management certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other similar credentials.Possess excellent stakeholder, contract and vendor negotiations skillsAdditionally you will have a clean driving license and will be able to visit customer sites when required.Please send your CV for full job description and an informal chat.Excellent opportunity to join a market leader on the South coast!
