Your day-to-day:

• Assist in the delivery of large, complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. Adaptability is key as projects can vary in size.
• Work seamlessly within a team while also excelling independently. Travel to client sites for on-site project work, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products in line with our sales process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all customer solutions, adhering to agreed standards and ensuring configuration management records are up to date.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint etc).
• Experience: A number of years in a similar technical position, preferably within an IT reseller environment.
• Qualifications: Professional certifications such as AZ or MS series certifications (covering Azure or M365).
• Additional Skills: Experience with Windows Server, Entra ID, Microsoft Security.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
