A top law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Manager to head up their Client Experience/Programme team. This newly created role will report directly to the Head of Business Development and see you leading/imbedding the strategic development and delivery of client experience initiatives.
You will be driving measurable improvements in satisfaction, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for embedding a client-centric mindset across the firm by championing best practices, overseeing key programmes such as Key Account Management, Client Feedback, and Onboarding, and ensuring alignment with the firm’s broader business objectives.
Through close collaboration with business services and legal teams, you will shape and implement initiatives that enhance the client journey, promote continuous improvement, and support sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in client experience and broader client programme management. You will be confident in instilling confidence and trust with key stakeholders and have excellent influencing skills. Ideally, you will have worked in professional services.
