We focus exclusively on future mobility, robotics & AI, clean energy, defence and space.We are a high-performance firm that operates at the cutting edge of deep tech and complex engineered markets.We\'re looking for a Senior BI Analyst to help supercharge our growth.The Senior BI Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide clear, actionable insights to the leadership team. This role will be pivotal in integrating and analysing data from Bullhorn, Xero, and other internal systems to track performance, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesData Integration & ManagementExtract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Bullhorn, Xero, and other sources into BI platforms.Maintain and optimise the data architecture for reliability and scalability.Reporting & AnalyticsDesign and maintain real-time dashboards for sales, recruitment metrics, financial performance, and KPIs.Create ad hoc reports and deep-dive analyses to support strategic projects and decision-making.Monitor data quality and proactively resolve discrepancies between systems.Stakeholder SupportPartner with recruitment consultants, and leadership to understand business needs and deliver meaningful insights.Train non-technical users to access and interpret BI reports.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.Recommend new data sources, metrics, and analytical approaches to improve decision-making.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a BI or Data Analyst role, ideally within the recruitment sector or a sales-driven environment.Strong working knowledge of Bullhorn (including API/reporting features) and Xero.Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Solid understanding of SQL for data querying and transformation.Experience with ETL processes and integrating multiple data sources.Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical audiences.DesirableExperience with recruitment performance metrics (e.g., placements, time-to-fill, consultant productivity, gross profit per consultant).Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
