Senior Business Development Manager - Luxury Interiors

We are expanding and looking for a talented and driven Interior Designer with a passion for sales to join our dynamic team in NW London.You’ll be part of a collaborative, multicultural team working on high-end residential interiors, offering bespoke design solutions and premium furniture to private and B2B clients across the UK and internationally. This is a client-facing, design-meets-sales role ideal for someone who is as confident closing deals as they are crafting stunning interiors.⚠Please note: This is a sales-focused design role. If you don\’t enjoy selling, this position is not the right fit.What You\’ll Be DoingDevelop design concepts, mood boards, and client proposalsSource and procure FF&E items, ensuring alignment with client needs and company processesConduct site visits, take accurate dimensions, and attend design/client meetingsCreate technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar softwareLiaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure project successDrive sales of interior design services and furniture solutionsWhat We\’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years\’ experience in residential interior design in the UKDemonstrated track record in sales within design or furniture retail (minimum 3 years)Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement and product sourcingProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and ExcelDetail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skillsWhat You’ll GetSalary: £24,000–£35,000 per annum (based on experience)Commission: Uncapped structure – earn up to 10% with monthly averages between £2,000–£5,000Holidays: 28 days (bank holiday work required)Benefits: Training, team-building, regular social events, career development opportunitiesWorkplace: One of London’s most beautiful showrooms with a supportive and passionate team of 40+ professionals (UK & global)Location: NW10 7XPYou must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.Experience Requirements:Interior Design: 3 years (required)Sales: 3 years (required)AutoCAD: 3 years (preferred)Ready to combine your creative flair with your sales talent?
