Help steer the B2B commercial engine behind one of the UKâs best-known hospitality brands.Weâre looking for a Senior B2B Analyst to join a fast-moving sales operations team, this ISN\’T a âsit in the corner and crunch spreadsheetsâ type of role.This role is about uncovering actionable insights across our direct and indirect B2B channels (think everything from corporate accounts and group bookings to travel management companies and online travel agents like Expedia).This is a high-impact role, essential to the functioning of a large commercial team. Youâll need to be sharp, numerate, and confident explaining your insights, because your work will directly influence sales decisions and revenue performance.Youâll work side-by-side with sales leadership to:Set and monitor sales targets and incentive schemes.Spot trends and deep-dive into customer performance (whoâs growing, whoâs declining, and why).Support commercial interventions when performance dips.Shape monthly exec-level insight packs used by senior stakeholders including the Sales & Distribution Director.What Youâll Be Doing:Build and own Power BI dashboards and custom reporting.Use SQL to interrogate deeper data layers when dashboards donât cut it.Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis on customer segments, industry trends and trading performance.Work across stakeholders to complete the full picture insights arenât just in the numbersSupport performance reviews of internal sales managers to highlight gaps or underperformance.Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders (and potentially C-suite, depending on experience).What Youâll Bring:A numerical or analytical degree (e.g. Maths, Engineering, Economics, Data Science).2+ yearsâ experience in an analyst role, either agency side or clientside.Experience in PowerBI/Tableau or similar.
