At Prime Insights, we’re building one of the most powerful app ecosystems in the survey and reward space and we’re looking for a Senior SEM Manager to join our performance team.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who lives and breathes search. You’ve run global campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, deeply understand ROAS and LTV tracking, and can scale non-eCommerce, subscription-based apps through performance-first search strategy.
- You’re not just managing keywords, you’re obsessing over cohorts, testing landing pages, and pushing the edge of what SEM can do.
Your profile:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience
- Proven results driving paid search growth for subscription-based mobile apps
- Strong understanding of cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV, and performance optimization
- Experience running campaigns in languages other than English
- Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience with global campaigns across Tier 1 markets
- Comfortable with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ideally SQL
- Bonus: Experience with landing page optimization / CRO
