About the Role

We are looking for a SCADA Lead Engineer with strong functional and technical expertise in utility grid applications. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and configuration of SCADA, OMS, DMS, and EMS systems, supporting power utilities to optimize grid management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SCADA, OMS, DMS, and EMS software solutions.
  • Apply deep knowledge of utility industry practices and grid applications such as Outage Management, Distribution Management, and Energy Management.
  • Work hands-on with electrical data modeling and Common Information Model (CIM) standards.
  • Design and develop software solutions to meet utility requirements.
  • Manage database operations using SQL/PLSQL.
  • Follow and promote SDLC best practices including Agile/Lean methodologies, continuous integration, security, scalability, and documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
