SAP SuccessFactors ConsultantOutside IR35Overview:We are seeking a results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with proven expertise in delivering multiple end-to-end implementations.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on skills in configuration, integration, data migration, and testing, and be able to make an immediate impact in dynamic client environments.Experience of at least one of the following modules as a SME – Employee Central, Recruitment, Compensation, TalentKey Responsibilities:• Lead and support full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.• Configure modules and manage integrations, data migration, and testing activities.• Quickly assess client environments and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal onboarding.• Troubleshoot issues and design practical, optimized solutions.• Engage confidently with stakeholders across business and technical teams.• Collaborate effectively within mixed client and supplier teams.• Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings.• Apply up-to-date SAP knowledge to introduce innovative delivery approaches.Qualifications:• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.• Current SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
