SAP HCM & PY Consultant (inside IR35)100% remote in UKI\’m seeking a seasoned SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll (PY) Subject Matter Expert with a focus on UK Payroll to join my client\’s team on a contract basis.SkillsExtensive hands-on implementation experience with core SAP ECC HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll2.Extensive exposure to other SAP ECC HCM modules, such as Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, and Performance Management3.Exposure to ABAP, with hands-on programming experience preferred.Experience in integrating SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and third-party systems using tools like SAP CPI5.Participation in at least four full SAP lifecycle implementations or system upgrades6.Experience with at least two rounds of support packs7.Proven ability to support and mentor less experienced team members8.Exposure to SAP technical modules like Basis, Security, and SAP PI9.Familiarity with SAP Workflows10.Exposure to programming languages like JavaScript and Groovy Script 11.For immediate consideration please send me your latest CV
