The Role:- Lead end-to-end SAP Data Migration efforts using SAP Migration Cockpit, Data Services, and MDG
- Provide expert insight on SAP data structures, integration, and transformation for S/4HANA projects
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development across the team
- Design and implement scalable data governance and quality frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business and functional requirements
- Deep experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models, migrations, and integrations
- Hands-on skills in SAP Data Services or ABAP programming
- Proven delivery of SAP MDG and data transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of SAP tables, transactions, and underlying structures
- Ability to manage data validation, cleansing, and stakeholder engagement
