Senior Manager SAP Finance Consultant Location: UK-WideJob Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £135,000A leading global consultancy is hiring a Senior Manager SAP Finance Consultant to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes. This role will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations for enterprise clients across multiple sectors.This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital transformation practice at the forefront of large-scale ERP change, where you’ll combine deep SAP knowledge with strategic finance expertise to deliver real impact.Key Responsibilities• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance functional delivery across transformation programmes• Oversee client engagements, reporting to Director level• Manage solution design, delivery teams (3–8 consultants), and governance• Drive quality assurance, risk management, and project controls• Contribute to presales, bids, and shaping future client solutions• Promote automation (e.g. iRPA) and intelligent finance operationsRequired Experience• Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance• Experience across 2–3 specialist areas (e.g. CO-PA, FSCM, RAR, Fixed Assets)• 3–4 full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations (min. 1 with S/4HANA)• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability• Previous experience in a consulting environment is essentialDesirable• Pre-sales or solutioning experience• Background in accounting or finance transformation• Understanding of SAP Activate and enterprise architecturePackage & Benefits:• £110k–£135k base salary + performance bonus• Hybrid working with UK-wide flexibility (up to 60% travel)• Private healthcare, virtual GP, pension, and volunteering leave• Clear progression path with ongoing learning and certificationsApply now or contact Declan Bryson at Anson McCade on 07529 161950, quoting the below refence.
