My client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Trainer to design and deliver an engaging training programme for a Sales Cloud rollout. You’ll empower users of all levels to make the most of Salesforce, adopt best practices, and embrace new tools and processes.What you’ll do:Create and deliver tailored training for beginner to advanced usersRun live, in-person, and virtual workshops via TeamsProduce user guides, video tutorials, and self-paced learning resources (including for digital adoption platforms)Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordinglyProvide one-to-one coaching and ongoing user supportMonitor training impact and enhance materials based on feedbackWhat you’ll bring:3+ years’ experience training Salesforce end usersStrong knowledge of Salesforce Sales CloudSkilled in creating and delivering both in-person and virtual training contentExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient with PowerPoint, Google Slides, LMS platforms, and video toolsExperience with digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) is a plus
