Role Salesforce Programme ManagerRate £700–£850 P/D (Outside IR35)Length Initial 6 MonthsTechOhana have partnered with a financial services business who are looking for a Salesforce Programme Manager. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week on-site, with office locations available in London, Manchester and Birmingham. The company is open to candidates from any industry background who have proven Salesforce delivery experience.This role will give you ownership of a large-scale Salesforce transformation across CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, leading cross-functional teams and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce programmes across multiple clouds and workstreamsManage delivery teams including consultants, developers and third-party vendorsOversee project planning, RAID management, budgets, timelines and reportingDrive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teamsEnsure alignment between business goals and technical solutionsChampion delivery best practices and agile methodologiesKey RequirementsProven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce programmes as a Programme Manager or Delivery LeadStrong knowledge of CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience CloudExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillsBackground in financial services is beneficial but not essentialComfortable managing hybrid teams across multiple office locationsIf this opportunity sounds exciting to you or anyone you know don\’t hesitate to reach out as this process will be moving quickly.E f.witham@tech-ohana.com
