Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll play a key role in everything from system configuration and integration to analytics and AI readiness. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills will directly support service delivery, fundraising, and strategic planning.
What do you need?
- 2+ years’ experience working with Salesforce, including Account Engagement
- Salesforce ADM 201 Certification
- Strong configuration skills—flows, validation rules, permissions, profiles
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
