As the go-to Salesforce expert, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation’s data operations—supporting teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring the CRM is running like clockwork. Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll play a key role in everything from system configuration and integration to analytics and AI readiness. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills will directly support service delivery, fundraising, and strategic planning.
What do you need?
- 2+ years’ experience working with Salesforce, including Account Engagement
- Salesforce ADM 201 Certification
- Strong configuration skills—flows, validation rules, permissions, profiles
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
