We’re supporting a long-established, innovative bakery brand that’s been delivering high-quality, fresh bread to homes across the UK for more than two decades. They’re now looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Team Lead – Sales (Polish Speaking) to join their growing team. They are based in Hayes for now but will be moving to Earls Barton.

About the RoleAs Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing a small team of Sales Representatives and helping drive business growth through strong customer relationships, efficient team leadership, and strategic planning. You’ll act as the key liaison between the sales team and other departments like production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading and supporting the sales team to hit performance and revenue targets
- Coordinating the sales cycle across the supply chain: orders, production, quality, and delivery
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity
- Delivering training, guidance, and regular team check-ins
- Analysing data, preparing reports, and sharing performance insights
- Acting as the go-to person for all things sales-related in the Polish customer segment
- Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a Sales role, ideally within a Polish product-focused business
- Experience managing or leading a small team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
- A customer-first mindset with a strong commercial drive
- Highly organised, analytical, and results-driven
- Knowledge of the UK bakery sector or FMCG is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience working with Polish businesses in the UK
