Mario Badescu is looking for a UK Sales & Education Coordinator to join our team! The Sales and Education Coordinator is responsible for providing training and sales support in the United Kingdom as dictated by the needs of the business with an emphasis on the Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK and Boots accounts. The territory is in UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales goals, as determined by management, in assigned stores throughout assigned territory.
- Work alongside our Sales Director to drive sales and build strong relationships with our retail partners.
- Deliver engaging education sessions to inspire retail teams and elevate their product knowledge.
- Conduct all Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK and Boots in-store trainings in line with Brand expectations.
- Plan and execute in-store events in conjunction with Regional Executive Director to support Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK and Boots, and Mario Badescu initiatives.
- Work with store management for visual placement in-store.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK and Boots Store Leadership, DM’s.
- Handle in-store training of Mario Badescu selling specialists (if applicable) and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories.
- Lead strong partnership with Clients by providing service and support for any needs when in store.
- Assist Executive in the recruitment, direction, and evaluation of Selling Specialists.
- Ensure Mario Badescu home bays, counters, endcaps, towers, etc. are visually impeccable and in accordance with Mario Badescu merchandising standards.
- Maintain regular communication regarding opportunities for brand to participate in additional training, event, or BA/employee support.
- Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel (when applicable).
- Use company supported reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies related to BA’s/employee training and selling experience.
PROFILE
- At least three years beauty industry experience required.
- Esthetics license preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
- Experience in Sephora UK, Harvey Nichols, Spack NK and Boots environment, preferred.
- Must be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting Mario Badescu Skincare.
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
- Must be able to travel within the territory.
- Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.
- Position requires heavy traveling and driving.
- Standing, walking, moving for min. of 4-6 hours daily.
