A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced RFP Writer/Manager to join its Distribution team. You will drive the creation of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring outputs reflect the firm’s capabilities and meet client expectations. This role blends strategic thinking, content creation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage – Oversee end-to-end delivery of proposal responses for UK and international clients.
  • Write – Create accurate, engaging content using data, technology, and AI tools.
  • Collaborate – Work with investment, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to gather and verify input.
  • Maintain – Keep proposal databases current and optimised.
  • Deliver – Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or consistency.
  • Support – Contribute to strategic initiatives in new markets and service areas.
  • Track – Maintain accurate records to support workflow and content governance.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in proposal writing within investment or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial services and products; ESG knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in gathering and translating technical input into compelling content.
  • Confident working cross-functionally and managing competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with proposal tools and distribution processes (e.g., Dasseti, Qvidian).
  • Industry qualifications preferred.
