Reward Manager£80,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus, Family Healthcare London or SpaldingMy client is a large, successful food manufacturing group supplying the major retailers with a range of highly innovative chilled food products.They are looking for a Reward Manager to join the business asap due to internal progression.This is a hybrid role, you can be based at their offices in Spalding or London, three days a week, the other two days working from home.Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have two direct reports to manage.You will be accountable for a range of Reward activities across the four key reward pillars of pay, incentives, benefits and global assignees in order to deliver key elements of the reward strategy to enable the attraction, retention and motivation of talent.
