Key areas include:Strategic Planning & Alignment – assessing current reward structures, aligning with business goals, and ensuring REMCO governance compliance.Compensation & Benefits Design – Korn Ferry benchmarking, pay equity analysis, base pay structures, incentives, allowances, and benefits harmonization across geographies.Job Evaluation & Role Mapping – grading consistency, role levelling, and smooth transitions between roles/grades.Change Management & Communication – creating communication materials, engaging stakeholders, and training HRBPs/managers on new frameworks.
