A global, property business is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator, you will be based in St Albans, but need to be willing to travel across southern England to client sites.Reporting into the Retrofit Technical Manager, you will work on a hybrid basis and will deliver retrofit coordination for residential projects, to ensure compliance with PAS2035 standards and guidelines across retrofit assessments, coordination and design.Key duties will include:Deliver retrofit coordination on live projects, ensure Pas 2035 compliance framework requirements are met.Conduct retrofit assessments, noting property suitability, areas for improvement and recommending energy efficiency measures; including pre and post retrofit evaluations.Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and contractors to ensure successful integration of retrofit objectives and sustainability best practices.Support team in carrying out quality assurance (QA) on retrofit assessments (RA), retrofit coordination (RC) and retrofit design (RC).Identify and rectify problems in retrofit projects, join project reviews and technical meetings to discuss risk, improvements and enhancement of strategies.Provide support to procurement teams.Candidates MUST have:Experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of PAS2035, industry standards and building regulations.Retrofit Coordinator Qualification.Retrofit Assessor Qualification.Full Driving Licence and ability to regularly travel to client sites.Ability to analyse technical data, generate compliance reports and ensure audit preparedness.Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a collaborative working environment.This is a wonderful opportunity to join a progressive and growing business, with great career progression and hybrid working patterns.
