This dual-role position involves alternating duties between Residential Security Team (RST) and Close Protection (CP), ensuring the safety and security of the principal, their family, and property.Key Responsibilities:Provide 24/7 protection and surveillance during assigned rotation.Conduct residential security duties including perimeter checks, access control, and incident response.Deliver close protection services during travel and daily movements.Maintain a high level of situational awareness and threat assessment.Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless transitions between RST and CP roles.Support logistics and planning for domestic and international travel.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Requirements:Previous experience in RST and CP roles preferred.Ex-military or ex-police service.Valid SIA Close Protection Licence.In-date FREC Level 3 qualification.Clean UK driving licence.Strong communication, discretion, and adaptability.Desirable Attributes:Advanced driving qualifications.Experience working with HNW individuals or families.Familiarity with residential security technology and systems.Foreign language skills.
