This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to join a supportive team at our Cotteridge office and gain hands-on experience in property transactions.
What you’ll do:
When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer, you will manage your own case load with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, deeds of variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. You will have a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Conveyancing Fee Earner.
- Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Strong organization skillset, IT literate and experience of using case management systems.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- Supporting/development assistants and paralegals.
- Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
- Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone.
