Taylor Hopkinson are currently engaged to source for our industry-leading client a Project Origination Manager to be based in Glasgow, Scotland. Applicants must have successful experience originating renewable-energy projects in the UK market RoleIdentify, evaluate and secure new projects and opportunities across multiple renewable technologiesSecuring new greenfield sites along with projects at RTB stageAct as main point of contact for Landowners and working with legal teams to lead negotiations for HOT\’s, options and lease agreements.Deliver key milestones on time and in budget as agreedFor projects where the land has been secured and development commenced, coordinate with internal and external teams to evaluate the opportunity to then manage and negotiate the transaction. Once secured, handing over to the development managers. RequirementsCandidate must have a track record in securing UK based utility-scale renewable-energy projectsHas a strong and up to date network of contacts in the industrySuccessful experience managing internal and external stakeholders and with leading negotiationsHas UK right to workHolds clean UK drivers license
