We’re looking for a Regional Recruitment & Talent Manager to join Loungers Ltd who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for site management positions in partnership with Operations Managers and Regional Operation Managers in our Northern region, from Liverpool across to Newcastle spanning circa 60 sites. You will help to recruit the best external talent in the market through strong attraction and candidate engagement whilst having a keen interest in talent planning.You will be the recruitment expert, working in partnership with Operations and Regional Operations Managers, to fill priority vacancies as well as provide support for other hard to fill vacancies across the region. Not only will you hire great candidates, you will also play a vital role in driving down our turnover and understanding why people choose to leave us. At the heart of it you will be energized by finding the right talent, for the right roles through exceptional partnership and delivering a fantastic candidate experience from beginning to end. Keep reading for more details!Full Responsibilities:Build strong partnerships with Regional and Operation Managers to understand the recruitment & talent needs and prioritise accordinglyProactively approach talent within the market for priority roles and manage the candidate experience as they go through the selection processEnsure the ATS is used to its full functionality, including the training & coaching of site and operations managers where necessaryBe on top of what the market is offering (pay & talent insights) and make sure that you feedback this information to help influence our decisionsUtilise job boards and appropriate media spend, candidate databases & all other means to proactively attract candidates to our current campaigns or talent bank for future roles Provide regular feedback to Operations Managers, Regional Operations Manager, and Head of Talent on the activity updates and progress of priority roles and new site openingsDrive the use of Social Media to attract candidates for both active vacancies and to grow our employer reputationAct as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment and onboarding process, to ensure a great experience for all candidates, every timeHeavily support the selection process for new site openings and priority salaried positions Train loungers-specific assessment/selection methods out to hiring managers to ensure hires are closely matched to our unique requirements and build manager capability Manage and facilitate regional hiring events/assessment days in support of key hiring needs and new site openings Conduct exit interviews for management leavers (General Managers & Head Chefs) to ensure we’re continuously learning how to be better at retaining those we hire Support the Operations Managers and Regional Operations Manager with talent planning to identify potential internal talent for vacanciesAnalyse key reports and share with the Regional Operations Manager to really focus on 90 day leavers and focus areas for the region suggesting where extra training or additional support may be required Be an ambassador of Company-wide initiatives that support the development of our Brand and drive attraction e.g. the Referral ProgrammeAbout You…Has strong recruitment experience in the hospitality sector working in a similar level role previouslyBuilds strong rapport with candidates and is passionate about delivering a great candidate experienceStrong knowledge and experience of best hiring practice in the following areas: Candidate attraction (hospitality preferrable)Screening and Interview skills Candidate JourneyAn amazing ambassador and fan of Loungers (Cosy, Lounge, Brightside or all 3)An amazing talent spotter and judge of personality/potentialExtremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles Good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIsGood communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders and build rapport and trust across all levels of the organisationStrong self motivator who thrives on working at pace and working to tight timelinesAbout Us…Loungers was founded in 2002 and operates three brands; Lounge which are Café bars, Cosy Club which are Bar/Restaurants and Brightside which are a Roadside Café/Restaurant.
