Our search consultants possess a unique mix of skills and qualities that makes them exceptional at identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients.Our mission is to make our individual contribution to the Energy Transition by delivery high quality people to our client\’s enabling them to deliver on their plans.We are currently seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our fast-growing team, working closely with the Snr. Partners of the company to support & deliver on complex search assignments. You would have the opportunity to learn or grow further within the field of Recruitment & Executive Search to become a functional expert in a dynamic sector.Key Responsibilities:Extensive on / offline search to source candidates from Manager to Executive level positions across Europe for clean energy companies. (This could be building complete teams to individual recruitment).Conduct industry, country and company research to collect valuable market intelligence.Work closely with Snr. Partners and consultants to complete mandates, getting involved with the initial pitch all the way through to completion.Contacting prospective candidates to test interest in client opportunities.Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates.Run end to end recruitment processes.Create sourcing and search strategies for client projects.Play a key role in proactive talent pooling & market mapping projects to build our internal network.Contribute to the preparation of candidate reports, client pitches and Job description creation.Ownership of internal CRM system.Play a role in growing our online social media presence.Work on internal projects to develop processes and procedures.Professional Experiences:Bachelor’s degree or higher desired.Good research skills, feels comfortable with heavy desk top work.Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse groups of stakeholders.Strong organisation, project management, analytical and time management skills.Proactive can-do attitude.Speaks and writes English fluently.Interest in playing a role to support the energy transition.Interest in HR topics and being in a consulting / customer focused business.Strong excel and power point user, ability to support partners with written material surrounding assignments, such as role profiles, client pitches and assignment reports.
