An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Solicitor to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm. This role involves advising clients on a broad range of property-related disputes while managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members with high-value, complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:- Advising individual and commercial clients on a broad range of property disputes including pre-action work, notice drafting, court proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution.
- Handling opposed and unopposed commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, including serving section 25 and 26 notices.
- Dealing with break clauses, alienation, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent arrears, possession claims, and section 146 notices.
- Managing residential landlord and tenant disputes, including possession claims and enforcement proceedings.
- Bringing and defending claims under the Housing Act 2004, particularly section 214.
- Handling disrepair claims within residential possession cases.
- Engaging in business development and fostering relationships with property professionals and local agents.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including SRA and Lexcel requirements.
- A qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with at least 1 year of experience in property litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Practical knowledge of HMO tenancy issues and disputes involving boundaries, easements, and restrictive covenants.
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, with experience in interim applications and advocacy.
