React Developer | Outside IR35 | HybridWe’re looking for a strong React Developer to join our client on a 6-month initial contract, to help across some key topics on their web applications.This will be a hybrid-working role, ideally up to 3 days on-site in London each week, with 2 days working remotely.The position is operating outside of IR35, paying a daily rate from £400-500. What You’ll Be DoingDeveloping dynamic, high-performance web applications using React, TypescriptBuilding and managing complex dynamic forms with Yup and FormikImplementing scalable state management using ReduxContributing to and maintaining our custom React component libraryWriting reusable, testable, and efficient code in a collaborative agile environmentParticipating in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring junior developersWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of professional experience with ReactStrong proficiency with TypeScriptIn-depth knowledge of Redux, and exposure to Formik and Yup nice to haveProven experience building dynamic, data-driven formsHands-on experience with a React component library (either contributing to or building one)A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
