Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a service in Kent working within a palliative care setting on a part-time basis.
The role involves supporting patients with complex and life-limiting conditions, focusing on mobility, symptom management, comfort, and maintaining independence. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care.
Responsibilities- Manage a palliative care physiotherapy caseload
- Complete mobility, respiratory, and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Support symptom management, comfort, and quality of life
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and families
- Provide advice and education to patients, carers, and staff
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- HCPC registration
- Experience in physiotherapy, ideally within palliative care, rehabilitation, or community settings
- Strong understanding of symptom management and patient-centred care
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
