Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a service in Kent working within a palliative care setting on a part-time basis.

The role involves supporting patients with complex and life-limiting conditions, focusing on mobility, symptom management, comfort, and maintaining independence. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a palliative care physiotherapy caseload
  • Complete mobility, respiratory, and functional assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
  • Support symptom management, comfort, and quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and families
  • Provide advice and education to patients, carers, and staff
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in physiotherapy, ideally within palliative care, rehabilitation, or community settings
  • Strong understanding of symptom management and patient-centred care
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
