An independent, long-established global investment manager is looking to hire an experienced RFP Writer to join their Global Client function in London. With a reputation for investment excellence, client service and a long-term perspective, the firm manages assets on behalf of some of the world’s largest institutions and financial intermediaries.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for institutional and intermediary clients worldwide.Draft, edit and tailor high-quality responses that are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with client requirements.Collaborate with fund teams, product specialists, sales, compliance, legal and operations to source and refine content.Build strong internal relationships across international offices, ensuring consistency and excellence in all submissions.Contribute to the continual improvement of the RFP process and content library.The role requires:Degree-level education, ideally with the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).3 years’ + experience in an RFP role within asset management, covering multiple product types with a focus on qualitative content.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines.Excellent written communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.An interest in emerging tools and technology, including generative AI, would be advantageous.This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious global investment manager with a collaborative culture and a strong reputation in the industry.
