Property Director – Commercial Estates | £100K–£120K +benefits | Central London (Flexible Working)We’re working on behalf of a major London-based estate to recruit an experienced Property Director to lead the strategic and operational management of a large-scale commercial estate.This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation at the heart of London during an exciting period of redevelopment and growth.The RoleAs Property Director, you’ll be responsible for the long-term strategy, performance, and sustainability of a diverse, multi-tenant commercial property portfolio. You’ll oversee estate operations, manage a small in-house team, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the estate.This is a pivotal leadership role, combining hands-on estate management with strategic oversight, and offers the chance to make a tangible impact on a critical part of London’s supply chain infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver long-term property strategies aligned with commercial, operational, and redevelopment goals.Maximise revenue through effective rent reviews, lease negotiation, and tenant mix management.Oversee all property operations including compliance, maintenance, data analysis, and occupancy planning.Act as the lead property advisor to senior leadership and the board.Collaborate on a major estate redevelopment project, including phased tenant relocation and fit-outs.Embed sustainability, energy efficiency, and resilience into all estate plans.About YouDegree-qualified in Property Management, Building Surveying, or similar.Minimum 5 years of senior experience in managing multi-tenant commercial estates.Deep understanding of property compliance, commercial leasing, and asset lifecycle planning.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Commercially astute, with strong financial acumen and project management capabilities.Location & PackageLocation: Central London (Flexible Working, Mon–Fri, 35 hrs/week)Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 DOE15% pension contribution Private HealthcareDirect Reports: Senior and Junior Estate ManagersPlease apply or email patrick@madisonberkeley.com to request additional information.
